Finance Manager

Location: Petaling Jaya

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the accounts receivables section from invoicing, collections & managing daily bank in, daily bank reconciliation and monthly closing
  • Ownership of accounts receivables SOP focusing on value adding efficiency
  • Ensure timely submission of invoices, statements & reminders to customers
  • Maintain regular call schedule and contact all customers with a service minded approach while achieving collections objectives
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer short payment issues, to promote root cause identification and minimalize future occurance
  • Generate timely and accurate receivables reports
  • Liase with financial institutions for company’s banking requirement
  • Liase with tax agent and LHDN on company’s tax computation & tax matters

Requirements: 

  • Professional qualificaiton
  • Degree in Finance/Accounting
  • Minimum 4 years experience in similar capacity
